Paternity/Parentage: Susan helps to resolve questions of paternity and represents clients in related matters including child support, child custody, and visitation matters.

Annulment: Susan assists clients in obtaining an annulment which cancels a marriage and legally declares that there was never a valid marriage in the first place.

Grandparent and Other Third-Party Rights: Susan knows Illinois law which provides for the visitation rights of grandparents, as well as other non-parents, including caregivers, step-parents, and foster parents.

Mediation: Susan provides mediation services. As a certified, and court appointed Mediator, Susan helps people resolve divorce, custody, parenting time, and financial support issues without resorting to litigation.
